AGNTIX - Conversational AI
Designing a Conversational AI Platform Built for Enterprise Automation
AGNTIX was more than just a tool, it was the brain of an AI-first enterprise. I led the product design from the ground up, transforming complexity into clarity for businesses building, training, and deploying AI agents at scale.
I was the lead product designer for AGNTIX, working directly with the CEO, core stakeholders, and engineers. My role spanned from mapping user flows to crafting the full interface — designing the experience for both platform users and enterprise clients.
Worked alongside:
CEO & Founder
1 Product Manager
2 Frontend Developers
1 ML/AI Engineer

The kickoff started with a strategic alignment session to define AGNTIX's core value, enabling businesses to build and deploy AI agents without friction. The challenge? We had to streamline agent creation, training, and integration into one unified flow.
We used Figma, Notion, and Slack to maintain daily async feedback. Weekly check-ins helped us validate direction across use cases, from healthcare bots to lead-gen agents.
Every feature began with low-fi flows, then transitioned into interactive prototypes. These were shared early with stakeholders to validate product assumptions, especially in areas like onboarding, knowledge training, and action tools.

Assumption 1: First-time users would struggle with the technical setup of an agent.
→ Solved with a 3-step onboarding, reducing setup time by 30% (Maze testing).
Assumption 2: Users needed to test and refine responses rapidly.
→ Designed a side-by-side agent simulator for faster QA cycles.
We used Hotjar, user sessions, and direct stakeholder feedback to test improvements.
→ Reduced agent onboarding flow time by 30%
→ Improved client onboarding speed by 42% through redesigned flows
→ Created a scalable design system to support future modules
→ Helped actualize AI-powered agent creation from design to production in under 12 weeks
