NEOM - Zero Gravity Urbanism
Designing NEOM’s RSVP system for global guests and world leaders
A digital RSVP experience designed to match the ambition of NEOM’s Zero Gravity Urbanism event. Built for clarity, trust, and global accessibility—inviting the world’s most influential minds with just a few purposeful clicks.
I led the end-to-end UX and UI design for NEOM’s Zero Gravity Urbanism RSVP experience, collaborating with:
1 PM
1 UX Manager
2 Developer
I handled the complete structure — from user flow to interaction design — while ensuring the visual output matched the ambition of the brand.

The kickoff centered around NEOM’s event in Venice, Italy, with the goal of creating a high-converting RSVP flow for a global audience of architects, planners, and policymakers. We aligned on the event’s tone: minimalist, prestigious, and high-trust.
I worked closely with the client-side project manager through weekly syncs and async feedback loops (via Notion + Figma comments). Developer handoffs were done via interactive components and dev specs in Figma.
Initial wireframes and concepts were shared within the first 3 days of project start. I used interactive prototypes to walk stakeholders through flows and design logic before locking visual direction.
